Certifications
There are a variety of certifications that Thermal Services technician may receive,
most notably the NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification. This
is a third party organization that offers continual education and testing for certification
of HVAC technicians. Candidates can earn installation and/or service certification
in five specialty areas: air-conditioning, air distribution, heat pumps, gas heating
& oil heating. Technicians are required to maintain their certifications through
a recertification process every 5 years, which includes proof of at least 60 hours
of continuing education.
NATE certification training helps ensure that our customers get service by technicians
that are held to a higher standard. We don't just say they are the best—they have
to prove it through rigorous certification testing.

What They are Saying about
Thermal Service
"Very rarely have we encountered such great people from the salesmen, to the maintenance technicians, to the installers, who are so professional. We believe that Thermal Services goes above and beyond the call of duty. We will continue to recommend Thermal Services to our friends and neighbors. Thank you for all the years you have taken care of our heating and cooling needs."
